Life doesn’t always go according to our own plan. It takes courage and strength to admit it is time to seek help when you are in need of support and guidance. An investment in a therapeutic relationship can allow you to find a healthier way of interacting with those around you. As a therapist, I have a passion in helping people who are struggling with life’s challenges. I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, guilt, shame, family conflict/relationship issues, grief, and high stress.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive and compassionate. I listen and respond to each person’s unique situation and together we develop goals and determine a plan that fits your needs. In therapy, I often use cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) modalities. I would consider it a privilege for you to entrust me with your life journey of twists and turns.
