Often times we can all benefit from a fresh perspective. Because we are often so emotionally involved in our own “stuff” it is hard to look objectively at aspects of our lives. Therapy can be helpful in reducing anxiety and depression, helping people through life transitions, creating and maintaining healthy relationships, creating connections, and coping with traumas in life. How to schedule an appointment:
Appointments can be scheduled by calling the practice at 317-753-2422, emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org, or clicking “Schedule an Appointment” button above and filling out the form. We look forward to speaking with you!
What to expect:
After you schedule your appointment, you will receive a welcome email that will have a link and a username and password to the client portal so you can fill out your paperwork. All paperwork is electronic. When you arrive at the office, you can wait in the room with the vending machines and your clinician will come to get you. This first appointment will be an intake and assessment. If you have any questions or concerns during this session, please feel free to address these with your clinician.
